CHARITABLE WORK

I try to set aside time to do photography for organizations and other special projects. Lately this has included photography for Catchafire.org, documenting events at PS 191 as they become the Museum Magnet School, projects for a non-profit called Home for Theater Performers, and events for the Roe Jan Community Library. I have also been helping the ALCO Historical and Technical Society with their web sites and photography, and working on a fundraising project for cancer research called Comfort for Cancer

I am also starting a non-profit called 1 Life, 1,000 Words, a foundation to help parents document their growing family and help with medical emergencies, educate photographers, and enlighten medical professionals about the value of photography to families. You can learn more at the project at 1life1000words.org
